Connectors and MCP Servers
Setting up Connector Triggers Use connector triggers when you need external events (emails, calendar invites, CRM changes, etc.) to fire Wexa process flows automatically. 1. Access Connectors Page# Open Connectors from the Wexa sidebar. You’ll see every connector (installed or available) for the current workspace. 2. Select a Trigger-Supported Connector# Only connectors that expose trigger events can be wired up (e.g., Mailer ). Pick the connector and choose Edit to open its configuration. Scroll to the Triggers panel and click Add Trigger . You’ll define what event to listen for and how Wexa should respond. 4. Link a Process Flow# Choose the process flow that should run when the trigger fires. Make sure the flow already exists (for example, an email triage workflow). 5. Assign an Agent & Goal# Select the agent that owns the automation.
Set a concise goal (e.g., “Send Email”, “Create Ticket”) so teammates remember why the trigger exists.
6. Trigger Activation# Once saved, the trigger is live. The connector’s native event—such as “email_received” for Mailer—will automatically start the linked process flow with no extra work. Modified at 2026-01-02 10:05:55
