Intro to Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base in Wexa Studio not only stores critical information but also supports a variety of files—such as PDFs, PPTs, Docs, and more—making it a comprehensive and versatile resource for AI agents. AI agents can refer to these documents while performing tasks such as answering queries, providing customer support, or making decisions.

User can upload their internal files and documents in the knowledge base on clicking on the “+ Upload Files” button.

Once done, users can assign tags for their files. These tags would be essential in attaching them in specific agents for the knowledge to be retrieved.
