Getting Started with Wexa

1. Create Your Account#

Sign Up
1.
Visit https://app.wexa.ai and click Sign Up or Create Account.
2.
Enter your email (e.g., yourname@domain.com) and password.
3.
Check the box to accept Wexa's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
4.
Click Create Account.
5.
If you already have an account, you can Log In instead.
Using the SDK After Account Creation:

2. Choose Your Role#

Select your role:
Builder: Design and customize AI coworkers from scratch using Wexa Studio, then use the SDK to programmatically interact with them.
User: Start by hiring pre-built AI Coworkers from the Marketplace, then use the SDK to execute and manage them.
Click Get Started based on your selection.

3. For Builders#

Proceed to setup your first AI Coworker
1.
Fill in your project details in Wexa Studio:
Name: Assign a project name (e.g., Task Management AI)
Role: Select a role (e.g., Project Manager)
Description: Define the AI's purpose (e.g., "Systematically manage fields, plan tasks, and identify key business areas")

Use the SDK to interact with your project:

4. For Users#

Select your preferred AI Coworkers
1.
Browse the Marketplace in Wexa Studio.
2.
Click Intro to learn about their capabilities and use cases.
3.
If you don't find your preferred coworker, click Explore Marketplace to see additional coworkers.
Use the SDK to browse and hire coworkers:
Hire Your AI Coworker
1.
Select a Coworker that fits your needs (e.g., Ella for hiring tasks).
2.
First coworker is free!
3.
Click Hire next to your chosen coworker.
4.
Confirm your selection in the pop-up window.
After hiring, use the SDK to purchase and configure:

Create an Account
1.
Visit Wexa's platform at https://app.wexa.ai and click Create Account.
2.
Enter your email (e.g., yourname@domain.com) and password.
3.
Accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
4.
Click Create Account.
5.
Already have an account? Use Log In instead.

2: Navigate to the Marketplace#

Access the Marketplace through Wexa Studio or use the SDK to browse available coworkers:

Step 3: Explore AI Coworkers#

Browse Available Coworkers
View pre-built AI coworkers like:
Ella: AI Recruiter (screens candidates, conducts interviews)
Lucas: Business Development Rep (books meetings, generates leads)
Axle: Cold Email Specialist (manages email outreach)
Use the Search bar in Wexa Studio or the SDK to find specific roles:

Click Intro in Wexa Studio or use the SDK to learn about their skills, use cases, and limitations:

4. Hire Your AI Coworker#

Select a Coworker
Choose one that fits your needs (e.g., Ella for hiring tasks). First coworker is free!
Initiate Hiring
1.
Click Hire next to your chosen coworker in Wexa Studio.
2.
Confirm your selection in the pop-up window.
Use the SDK to purchase:
Confirmation Screen
Once you click Hire, you will see a Confirmation Screen with "You're All Set!" You would be redirected to the Connectors page to configure them with details such as API keys or other details.
